  • When can I move in?

    If a storage space is available, you can move in as soon as you complete the rental process.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    You will need a government-issued form of photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless you request a longer lease.

  • What about insurance?

    Tenant insurance is available. We will provide you with details when you reserve/rent your unit.

  • Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gate?

    No, you will be given your own gate access code that will allow you access from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week.

  • What are climate-controlled units?

    Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature range of 50-80 degrees Fahrenheit. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from extreme outside temperatures.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards as well as cash, checks, and money orders.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    Use these diagrams to give you an idea of what fits in a particular storage unit, or use this Space Calculator to estimate a sutiable unit size for your stored belongings.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    Locks are available for purchase at our 24-hour self-service kiosk located in the front office of the storage facility.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All leases are month-to-month; therefore we request one month's written notice before you move out.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You may make a payment either at our on-site kiosk, through our website, or through the mail. You may also have your monthly payment automatically deducted from your checking/savings account or automatically charged to your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT allowed to store?

    You may not store liquids, explosives, flammable items, toxic materials, food items, or perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Push-carts and dollies are available for use in interior units with access through a hallway.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    We do not require a security deposit. A one-time administration fee of $30 is payable when you rent your unit.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    Our self-service kiosk and our online reservation service are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your account information may also be accessed through our website at any time. Gate access hours are from 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
